All items are created/printed AFTER your order is placed, this reduces waste and eliminates warehouse requirements!

This does however extend the time between when you place your order, and when it finally arrives, so be patient fellow Watcher!

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your item to be made, BEFORE it even ships.

After your item has been created and processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email allowing you to track shipping.

For orders originating and shipping within the United States, estimate an additional 3-5 business days for shipping, ON TOP OF the 3-5 business days it takes to create your item.

So overall for US orders, estimate 6-10 business days from the time of placing the order, until the time of arrival at your address. Sometimes the process will move more quickly than this, other times the process may take longer. Like a panther waiting until the moment is just right, so too must we also be patient.

In general, orders shipping outside the US are likely to take somewhat longer.

Items are eligible for return/refund/size exchange within the first 30 days of arrival!

If you are not happy, then PANTHERWATCH is not happy! If something arrives damaged, poorly quality, wrong order, wrong size, just doesn't fit right, you need to retire from Watching and spend more time with family, etc, please let us know because we want to make things right!

This is a normal, expected, and intentional design choice by our team of PW design masters!

Nearly all PANTHERWATCH apparel is printed 'direct-to-garment' for the expressed purpose of allowing the garment to fade over time so that it develops that faded vintage appearance! Our design masters are aware other printing techniques do exist, but in their wisdom they have chosen to reject those dark arts and instead pursue the path of maximum fading.

That way when someone asks "PantherWatch, what the heck is that?", then you can explain "Oh this old thing? I think my grandfather got this up north like 50 years ago or something. It is what it sounds like: people, watching for panthers."

We hope so!

Unfortunately, it will take a very long time to truly fade away; today's modern printing techniques last a long time. But to pursue the path of maximum fading, is to follow a journey to its completion. Our PW design masters have reported that this is an unbreakable law of nature, that all things on this planet must walk a journey, from beginning to end.

People, panthers, cars, buildings, mountains, governments, friendships, apprenticeships, battleships, even clothes. Each must walk the path before it from beginning to end, and then when that final step arrives, we honor their time in this plane and what their journey has brought to this world, and we respect that their journey has reached its conclusion.

For our clothes following the path of maximum fading, this means that when you have worn and washed your PantherWatch item to the point that it is no longer even identifiable as PantherWatch apparel, you have honored that item to the very end of its journey!

If you are able to achieve this, it is a cause for celebration and PantherWatch will be there to share your story and honor your dedication by sending you a new replacement, free of charge! Email support@pantherwatchshop.com with a picture if you believe your item has completed its journey.

(Decisions about whether an item has achieve maximum fading or not are made at the sole discretion of PANTHERWATCH founder Victor X. Karate. His decision process is opaque and mysterious, but reportedly based on "the degree of fading", as assessed by His Watchful Eye. If your item does not yet qualify, that means that the journey must continue, for at least a bit longer.)

Although PANTHERWATCH leadership itself is not terribly tech savvy and potentially not taking advantage of what the modern surveillance state of technology allows, if we WERE smart enough to figure out how to use marketing data, we would be following the standard Shopify privacy policy as below!
